We provide BT's complete portfolio of products and services to small and medium sized businesses. We provide all the technology they need to run their business efficiently from telephone calls, mobiles and line packages, to data and voice solutions, including the cloud.

What is special about your business - what makes it a great place to work?

We work with a wide range of business customers so we get to deal with lots of different people and we get a lot of job satisfaction from helping our customers with their communication needs. The work is fast paced and demanding but we all pull together as a team to get the job done and have a lot of fun as well!

I was relocating from London back to the West Midlands and wanted to stay within BT Local business and approach various local businesses and chose Wolverhampton being the best fit for me.

The ever changing market and technology that we can offer our customers with the brand of BT behind you!

When I started my career with BT Local business I was put on a BT Residential Training course (12 Years ago)

Good Attitude, Good Mind set, ability to present to customers and willing to learn the BT Products.

These have been developed over years of working in different offices within BTLB, I have various accreditation’s including Mitel, Cisco, Avaya

This is an example of a role: Job Title – Internal Sales Executive Location – Codsall, Wolverhampton Salary - £30K On Target Earnings (No cap ) The Role: BTLB Wolverhampton are looking for highly proactive, dynamic, focused & determined sales people who bring with them proven sales experience and performance (preferably in the Telecoms sector with a Business to Business) and an absolute desire to be successful. Exceptional inter-personal skills and an excellent telephone manner are essential attributes for this role. Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive are to proactively contact new and existing customers within the pre-defined base, developing strong relationships, engaging the client at Key Decision Maker level in business debates to identify, qualify & close solution opportunities across the extensive BT portfolio. The Ideal Internal Sales Executive will: • Be able to converse with confidence at a senior level within an SME (small to medium sized) business • Have a proactive & positive approach • Demonstrate drive and tenacity to deliver sales targets • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using Customer Management databases • Telecommunications experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate • Be within approximately a 30 minute commute of Codsall, Wolverhampton Rewards for success are significant, successful candidates will receive a competitive basic salary combined with an uncapped commission structure and overlay incentives with on target earnings of up to £30k per annum.
